ILLUSTRATIVE PLANNING ESTIMATE
7.4 cubic yards, approximately
$395–$469

Final price confirmed on site before loading

Send a photo → get a price range → we confirm on site → nothing gets loaded until you say yes.

How this estimate is calculated +

Garage width × depth × floor coverage × average pile height ÷ 27 = estimated cubic yards. One cubic yard is a 3 ft × 3 ft × 3 ft cube. This is a rough pile-volume estimate; actual loaded volume can differ because of gaps, stacking, and bulky items.

$150 minimum job charge. Graduated pricing: the first 5 yd³ use the first tier, the next 5 use the second, and only the volume above 10 uses the third. Each tier contributes to the total range, so larger loads never make the estimate drop.

  • First 5 yd³: $55–$65 per yd³
  • Next 5 yd³ (5–10): $50–$60 per yd³
  • Each yd³ beyond 10: $45–$55 per yd³

Weight, access, disassembly, item restrictions, and actual loaded volume can change the range. These are illustrative planning rates. Send a photo → get a price range → we confirm on site → nothing gets loaded until you say yes.

Still useful? Let’s keep it that way.

Usable furniture, working items, and recyclable materials deserve a second look. We prioritize donation and recycling where accepted, then handle the rest responsibly.

A few good questions.

How much does a garage cleanout cost?

Your price range depends on how much needs to go, the items, and access to your garage. Send a photo → get a price range → we confirm on site → nothing gets loaded until you say yes.

Do I need to move everything outside?

No. Point out what goes and what stays. Our crew handles the lifting and loading from your garage.

What happens to my unwanted items?

We look for opportunities to donate usable items and recycle accepted materials. The remaining items go to an appropriate disposal facility. Donation depends on condition and local acceptance.

Can you take everything in my garage?

We remove most household clutter, furniture, boxes, tools, bicycles, and appliances. Let us know about paint, chemicals, fuel, batteries, or other potentially hazardous materials before scheduling so we can confirm what is accepted.

How soon can you come out?

Same-day service may be available. Send photos and your location, and we’ll let you know our next opening.
